Dr. Kinley has served on York Hospital's Newborn Nursery Committee and Patient Education
Committee. She has also participated in several annual community events, such as Teen Pregnancy Awareness Day. From March 2003 to April 2004,
Dr. Kinley served as one of the two Chief Residents in Family Practice at York Hospital, and is a member of Phi
Beta Kappa.

Dr. Pedone is originally from Richmond, Virginia. While at York Hospital, she has served on some of the medical committees of the hospital, including the Patient Flow Committee. She has also participated in research on domestic violence and run a homeless clinic serving York's inner city. Dr. Pedone is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa

Dr. Starner is originally from Dallastown, Pennsylvania. She was one of the two Chief Residents in Family Practice at York Hospital, where she also served on several committees, including the Patient Education Committee, and participated in several research projects. Dr. Starner was awarded the AFMRD Family Medicine Resident Award for Scholarship and was also recognized by medical students as an exceptional role model for the 2008-2009 academic year.
